This is a key role within the Corporate Support team for one of the region's most exciting, fastest growing businesses. Its main purpose is to offer administrative assistance to a busy department, including the following:
- preparation of documentation to facilitate new customer contracts
- uploading information from central data sources
- receiving, logging and amending customer records
liaising with the finance team to ensure payments, receipts and queries are logged and handled appropriately
preparation of reports using Excel
offering general admin support to the Team Leader
updating spreadsheets and other data sources
This role will suit someone with advanced MS Office, including Excel, and a bright, positive personality who likes to be busy.
