Production Assistant with FLT Licence
Monday to Friday
Day Shift: Mon-Thur 7AM-330PM Fri 7AM-1230PM (37.5 hours)
Pay rate is GBP10.52

To support the Production Team with daily tasks as part of the overall Operations Team.
* Support all process improvement and standardisation activities.
* Achieve daily, weekly, monthly targets as required by the business
* Ensure all EH&S requirements are met.

Complete tasks to;
* Ensure the team achieve or exceed the targets required by the business.
* Ensure that all parts produced are correct to the specification required.
* Ensure all process improvements and standards are reported & maintained.

Applicants should have:
* A minimum of 3 years' experience of assembling & testing automotive related product.
* In date FLT licence
* An ability to demonstrate how they can integrate & contribute to a team environment.
* An ability to work under pressure and achieve challenging deadlines.
* A 'Can do' attitude.
* An ability to demonstrate a flexible working attitude & willingness to progress the role.
* An ability to take responsibility and accountability for work produced within the team.
* Willingness to support changes in hours/role as required by the business
