2 Months Fixed Term Contract (up to Christmas) with possible extension
GBP180-200 Per Day (depending on experience, qualifications & skill set)

The Client
My Client is one the UK's leading providers of planned and responsive maintenance services in the Social Housing sector, maintaining more than 500,000 properties Nationwide. Due to managing an increased number of projects, my Client is looking to recruit 2 additional Section Managers / Supervisors to join their team in Birmingham.

The Role
Working on one of their Planned Structural Programmes where they are replacing combustible cladding on tower blocks, you will be required to manage, monitor and maintain the programme of works ensuring that all work is delivered safely, on time and to budget. Along with managing equipment and materials.

Duties

  • Monitor and manage health and safety
  • Log and monitor programme of works
  • Order materials and distribute accordingly
  • Liaise with planning team with regards to programme of works
  • Maintain site records
  • Complete staff allocation of works
  • Check quality of works
  • Ensure works are being completed within set deadlines
  • First Line of command for all trades, labour and sub-contractors on site
  • Feedback progress to Management team

Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience at Site Foreman level
  • CSCS & SSSTS or SMSTS
  • First Aid
  • Previous experience of working on Social Housing projects at Foreman level
