Assistant Facilities Manager (Residential Property)

Home based with travel UK wide

EMBS are delighted to be representing one of the leading Residential Accommodation providers in the UK.

We are now looking for an Assistant Facilities Manager to cover their sites nationally.

Working within their Facilities Management team this role home based with travel to sites across the UK.

Responsibilities Outline:

Provide customer focused facilities service to the business to include:
Management of utilities, waste, security & cleaning contracts and full budgets.
To organise, tender and manage own quota of minor works, planned and preventative maintenance programmes.
Contribute to ensuring compliance with Health & Safety legislation, and that all risk assessments are correctly carried out.
To support the sites in managing defects and work with the Maintenance team to resolve any issues
To contribute to the overall procurement programme for maintenance, servicing, and facilities contract and to monitor contractors throughout the contract term.
To be considered for and be successful in this role you will need proven experience of facilities management/coordination within a multi-site role. You must also have experience of compliance (ideally within a residential setting).

You must be dynamic and 100% customer service & service delivery focused, self-motivated, well organised and great under pressure.
