Essential Requirements

Strong knowledge and experience with Mocrisift applications, especially Excel

Excellent Communication skills - telephone and email

SAP experience (Any application)

Commutable distance of Coleshill


GBP20-30k starting salary dependent upon experience

Matched pension up to 10%

Role Details

Working with the required expertise and care in line with the relevant rules, policies and instructions given by the direct manager or substitute.

Working in line with the integrity guidelines.

Completely executing the tasks given by the direct manager.

On-going self-development, participation in the additional courses, training.

Order Management:

Order entry (STO /3rd party vendor PO creation based on customer PO requirements)

Order change management

Sales Order date management

Backlog management based on daily file (including overdue management)

Weekly pacing of assigned backlog

Follow up with functions (Supply Chain, Sales, Services, WHS) to ensure On Time delivery based on customers'& business' need

Coordination and resolution of blocked orders in cooperation with other functions.

Urgent delivery handling

Documentation management (e.g.: invoices, order confirmation, control-reports)

In order to ensure efficient customer service, regularly reviews the business dashboards and metrics (SFDC, OTD, OVD targets) available on (url removed) and on Qlikview

Customer enquiries Stock Check Price check Answering technical questions Answering web related inquiries Answering account related inquiries Handling document copy request Answering information request

Complaint management Log complaint Chase complaint Arrange collection of returned goods Follow-up with involved functions
