An organisation based in Brownhills (Walsall) is undergoing a major IT transformation project, they are replacing, rebuilding and implementing new technologies as well as revolutionising the way in which IT works within the business.

A new team of IT Support Analysts is required to provide desktop and application support across multiple sites. Between the team of seven analysts, you will rotate responsibilities between support, working on the Tech Bar and coordinating onsite technical projects. You will deliver excellent customer service to all users, logging and taking ownership of each issue and ensuring a positive resolution is found.

As a 2nd line IT Support Analyst you will act as the escalation point for junior members of the team and take accountability for major incidents. You will work across the IT department to coordinate teams and ensure SLAs are met. As the senior member of the team you will also work with the projects team and 3rd party suppliers to on board new software solutions and see the successful transition in to support.

To apply for this role you will need to demonstrate experience providing excellent customer service in an IT environment whilst dealing with escalations.
