Hays Social care are recruiting for residential Support Workers to work within a new home in Herefordshire.

Your new company
Hays social care are working alongside a prestigious social care provider who are opening a brand new service within the heart of Herefordshire. You will be supporting adults and children with moderate to severe Learning and Physical Disabilities, Epilepsy, Autism and some behaviours that challenge. The service users are at the forefront of what they do and they are looking for like minded people to join the team.

Your new role
In your new role you will required to support 7 adults in residential setting and 17 students within their day service provision. You will be supporting the needs of service users to promote their independence and will help their learning within the day service. You will be supporting them in the community and helping them to live a fulfilled life whilst receiving outstanding care

What you'll need to succeed
You must have previous experience working with children or young adults within a residential setting or experience working with challenging behaviour. If you have transferable skills working with adults with complex needs you will also be considered. Holding a full driving license is desirable.
