Due to the continued growth of the Challenge Trg Group an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team based in our Offices in Birmingham. In this role you will be a vital addition to our Group and will be responsible for the development of the Midlands Hub, through sales and service of new Driving and Industrial Clients. At Challenge Trg we pride ourselves on our ability to offer a comprehensive range of Transport and Logistics resources through a network of multi-functional hubs across the UK.
Reporting to the Divisional Manager, you will be the first point of contact for all Candidate and Client recruitment activities. Applicants ideally will have a background in Industrial / Driver Recruitment or the selling of Training Services.
Working for the Group will open many doors due to our excellent relationships and reputation within our sectors. The Birmingham Branch will be a unique project that will not only offer the services of our temporary workforce but all of our training services from our Group Training Division.
Job Role: Senior Recruitment Consultant
Reports to: Divisional Manager
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, (phone number removed)
Location: Birmingham
Salary:: GBP25,000 - GBP30,000 + Commission + Bonus scheme

Person Specification
Experience and Skills:
* Driving licence is a must with own transport
* Proven experience of working with Clients and delivering on set KPI's
* Experience of working in a Customer Service Environment, ideally in Transport and Logistics
* Experience of recruiting and retaining candidates successfully
* The ability to effectively handle a busy and varied workload, meet tight deadlines and prioritise effectively
* Good computer literacy with accurate data entry skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to establish rapport with a variety of stakeholders at all organisational levels
* Uses own initiative and can work independently
* Takes responsibility for own work
* Uses judgement to know when to ask for help and guidance
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
