We are an advertising and marketing agency working with high-level clients for over 20 years, across different industries including the automotive, entertainment and leisure industries. Based in central Birmingham, with excellent travel links across the Midlands.


WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

Your role here is vital, as we're looking a target driven Business Development Manager to join our agency. Reporting into and working alongside our Manging Director and Leadership team, forecasting and building new business pipelines. You will be contacting prospect clients on a regular basis, via phone, email and LinkedIn. You will be tasked with strategically mapping out the commercial strategy, working closely with the MD, client service team and digital team to ensure the alignment of existing and future projects with the commercial strategy. You'll be a driven individual who strives to be the best within the digital world.


WE NEED YOU TO HAVE???

  • 5+ years business development experience within an agency environment
  • BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT / AGENCY / SALES / ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT / STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT / COMMUNICATIONS / PROJECT MANAGEMENT / B2B
  • Highly experienced in working with bringing in notable brands
  • Exceptional client management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Be confident in performing senior-level client negotiations


IT'S NICE TO HAVE???

  • Marketing agency experience in both traditional and digital disciplines
  • Google AdWords or Analytics Certifications
  • Flexibility, versatile and able to cope well under pressure.
