* If you have experience of working as a 360 Recruitment Consultant with experience in the IT industry and you love what you do, but feel you're ready for an autonomous role, our Client is looking for a driven and experienced consultant who gets a buzz out of recruitment to join their expanding team.
* As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be expected to:
* Building up a cold desk working on filling permanent positions in the IT industry
* Develop strong knowledge base of the sector and establish a large pool of highly talented professionals for placements with your new Clients.
* Networking with as many relevant pools of candidates and Clients using effective tools provided.
* Create job adverts from Clients' specifications and upload them onto job boards and other platforms to attract the best talent.
* Speak to candidates both over the phone and face to face, to qualify whether or not they are suitable for each Client.
* Carry out all administrative work-related tasks.
* Manage the candidate and Client expectations throughout the recruitment process and ensure that all arrangements for interviews are set up correctly.
Required qualities and skillsets
* As the successful Recruitment Consultant:
* You must have a strong technical understanding of the IT industry
* You must be extremely professional and have an excellent telephone manner
* You must have the ability to sell and be personable to build rapport from candidates
* Must have a natural desire to succeed
* Have an excellent work ethic and can-do attitude
* Excellent communication and written skills
* Excellent time management and organisation skills
* Great attention to detail
Required Experience
To be considered for the Recruitment Consultant position, you must have at least 2 years' experience as a full 360 Recruitment Consultant preferably within the IT sector.
