The payroll officer role is a stand alone position that will be responsible for processing payroll for up to 300 employees including an ex-patriate payroll.
We are delighted to be working with a leading organisation within the industrial sector to secure a Payroll Officer on a temporary contract for c 6 months.
- Running the end to end payroll for c300 employees using the system SAGE.
- Calculation of holiday pay, statutory payments, year end and P11D benefit statements.
- Point of contact for all employee queries and external bodies including HMRC.
- Administration of pension scheme and processing auto enrolment in payroll.
- Liaising with employees and dealing with any payroll related queries.
- Confident in running a standalone payroll
- SAGE 50 payroll experience essential
- SAP database experience preferred
- Up to date PAYE legislative knowledge
- Understanding and experience of processing statutory payments
