JOB OVERVIEW: CRM Manager sought by PLC software and IT services business specialising in delivering world-class enterprise software solutions to multiple industries.

SALARY; Excellent negotiable package depending on experience (C£35K-£45K) plus corporate benefits package including contributory pension, private healthcare, life assurance etc.

LOCATION: Coventry


My client is a very established and profitable enterprise software and IT services business. They operate primarily in the UK and Ireland and deliver enterprise software solutions to a multitude of organisations across many different business sectors from SME to corporate. My client has a continued focus on growth and a strong order book which is underpinned by a continual investment in its enterprise software solutions to ensure they are consistently market-leading, helping customers stay one step ahead of their competition.


This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced CRM Manager / Analyst with some systems support experience to join an extremely successful and established marketing team.

The successful candidate will have a great opportunity to develop his or her career by combining CRM systems expertise with strong communication and interpersonal skills, in a varied and responsible role.

You will be at an advantage if you've worked in an enterprise software / business application software environment. You will have performed much of the below duties in a previous role(s) HOWEVER some training is available and some outsourcing to third parties IS possible if the appointed candidate doesn't have all of this ideal experience:

  • Managing and maintaining the Marketing Database and related systems best practices in campaign, customer and lead management that ensures the efficiency of the sales and marketing function.
  • Coordinate the tactical changes to CRM system as instructed by Marketing Team. Managing and liaising with 3rd party providers re issues and improvement.
  • Work with marketing and sales to support strategic projects such as updating data without losing information.
  • Create a robust single, accurate point of information for customers, prospects and suspects.
  • have an awareness of systems and processes to check and meet data compliance regulations.
  • Define and create customised views, dashboards and reports for marketing and sales activities that measure contributions to the sales pipeline.
  • Manage technical aspects of sales and marketing applications and the integrations between these applications and systems.
  • Manage technical aspects and interactions of marketing technology platforms such as Hubspot, Microsoft dynamics 365, Lead Forensics, Sales Navigator and email systems
  • Manage technical aspects of sales and marketing applications and the integrations between these applications.
  • Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management.
  • Set up reporting processes for management teams, drive sales and marketing reports and sales forecasting.
  • Training users and policing systems and processes so that best practice and integrity is maintained.
  • Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize sales and marketing team performance.
