My client is a National AIM-listed Wealth Management Advisory firm with offices based throughout the UK, providing Wealth Management services to both Private individuals and Universities across the UK.
We are urgently seeking a Group / Employee Benefits Administrator to join an existing team supporting the Corporate side of the business including day-to-day administration of Pension Schemes and Life Insurance policies.
Reporting to the Group Benefits Manager, your key responsibilities will be:
* Processing monthly Pension schedules
* Processing monthly contributions
* Calculating Pensions forecasts and preparing statements
* Compliance checks at review dates
* Dealing with bespoke adviser, scheme and individual member queries by telephone and email.
* Act as a point of contact for client's in the Advisers absence
* Form processing for new schemes
* Add schemes and members to back office system XPlan
* Prepare meeting and review packs for Advisers
* Sending scheme letters to clients
* Sending Valuations re[ports to clients
* Creating client invoices and sending / tracking
* Adding fees to Xplan back office system
* Obtaining policy information & quotes for Paraplanners
We are ideally seking a candidate who has around 2 years experience within Financial Services, it would be to your advantage if you have knowledge of Pensions and / or Life insurance. If you have experience working on the Corporate side of Financial Advice this would also be to your advantage, but this is not necessary.
