Part time, 21 hours, Fixed Term Contract - 6 Months

What you will be doing:

The purpose of this role is to answer cheque authorisation calls from French clients/customers. You will work closely with other members of the team and will report into the SNC Team Leaders.

Main duties and responsibilities:

* To answer authorisation calls promptly, efficiently and professionally

* To enter data accurately

* Promote an excellent image of the Company

* Provide administrative support to the Team Leader

* Answering a high volume of calls

What you bring:

* Speak French fluently

* Be customer focused with flexibility around working hours

* Possess excellent interpersonal skills

* The ability to work effectively under pressure

* A responsible attitude

* The ability to work both as a member of a team and on own initiative

* Previous call centre experience in a customer service environment would be advantageous but not essential

* Has a professional, clear and courteous telephone manner

* Demonstrates an adequate style of communication

* Displays good listening skills

* Follows appropriate and correct scripts and procedures for all calls

* Identifies systems problems and escalates in a timely manner

* Remains positive and flexible under changing business conditions

* Personal effectiveness,

* Apply appropriate time management to ensure adherence to schedules
