A new, exciting opportunity for a Customer Experience Manager has arisen for an established social housing provider based in the Warwickshire area on a permanent basis.

As a Customer Experience Manager your duties will be:

  • To ensure highly effective performance management and deliver solutions to improve services
  • Oversee the re-active aspects of customer experience, including complaints
  • Create a strong understanding of the Customer Voice by developing the Customer Scrutiny Panel
  • Create and deliver a framework to monitor customer experience and business performance across a number of channels
  • Direct line manage a team consisting of Customer Advisors
  • Identify and implement best practice and innovative solutions, working towards continuous improvement
  • A track record of delivering service improvement activity with demonstrated examples

As a Customer Experience Manager you will have:

  • Recent and proven experience within a performance, insight or service improvement role
  • Experience of managing and leading a team
  • The ability to manage a number of workstreams effectively
  • A passion for delivering key improvements for performance and customer experience
  • Experience of working with Housing Associations or Local Authorities is desirable
