Location: Birmingham - Some travel required

Job type: Permanent

Hours: 08:30-17:30 Mon-Fri - some flexibility required

Salary: £25,000-£28,000

Benefits: 23 days holiday, excellent working location

We are currently recruiting for an Aftercare Advisor for our rapidly growing client based in Birmingham City Centre. Supporting the clients with the final part of the journey, you will provide a first class service, for an award winning team.

Duties and Tasks:
  • Act as the first point of contact for clients during final part of the customer journey
  • Management and co-ordination of any aftercare for clients
  • Manage client expectations
  • Attend offsite quality inspections and meetings
  • Manage and organise work schedules for contractors and third parties
  • Ensure clients are kept update to with processes, always providing excellent customer service
  • Manage CRM system, ensuring all data is up to date

The successful Candidate will posses the following skills:
  • Advantageous to have experience within the property industry
  • Experience of providing first class customer service
  • Excellent communicator
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent IT Skills
