A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work for a leading care provider of children in the Stoke area. Here at Prospero health & Social Care we are searching for a candidates that have experience of leading a small team of support workers in a busy children's home.
The home is in the Stoke area and provides high quality care for 1 child with SHB behaviours and the ideal candidate will have experience of leading a small team of support workers in a solo children's home for children with SHB behaviours. Candidates ideally would have a level 3 diploma Children & Young people and you must be able to drive and have your own car.
The team Leader will be expected to work on shift pattern below with additional pay of GBP34 per sleep on top of your hourly rate. The shift pattern is a 5 on then 2 on shift pattern highlighted below
5:2 pattern - paid an hourly rate for hours worked, work 5 shifts one week and 2 the next as follows: Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday Sunday (followed by a sleep as and when required) Week 2 - Wednesday, Thursday (followed by a sleep as and when required)
