Our client is a well-established company based near Stratford-Upon-Avon. You will benefit from working within a flourishing company that is the key supplier of fresh food for top retailers in the UK, whilst also continuing to be sustainable and environmentally friendly. Due to expansion, they are looking to employ a determined Supply Chain Account Manager to join their Supply Chain team.

The ideal candidate will have at least one years' experience in an FMCG environment and a background in supply chain and administration.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Daily communication with customers and support the Procurement and Quality & Product delivery departments to assist in service delivery
  • Analyse and review competitor's activity and gain feedback from customers in order to develop an understanding of the market sector
  • Gain product knowledge whilst working closely with various departments across the company and communicate this to external clients
  • Produce regular reports of the business performance measures
  • Ensure all administration procedures and responsibilities are followed through efficiently
  • Set up all necessary purchase documentation relating to produce arrivals
  • Liaise with internal & external parties regarding the clearance & delivery of all sea freight/road arrivals
  • Liaise with relevant departments regarding clearance & inter-site transportation of produce arrivals

Skills:
  • Previous experience in a Supply Chain role involving customer or account management and administration
  • Good communication skills and strong attention to detail
  • Experience of working effectively with internal teams and colleagues
  • Self-motivated, energetic and able to work at a fast pace
  • Commercially focused with ability to measure and analyse impact and results
  • IT literate - Microsoft Office
  • Team Player
  • Ideally educated to degree level

Additional Information:
  • Working hours - Mon to Fri, 8:00am to 5:00pm OR 8:30am to 5:30pm
  • Due to the location of the company you must have a full UK driving license and your own transport
  • 22 days holiday, plus bank holidays
