We are looking for experienced Sales Administrator / Sales Order Processor to join our clients expanding team. This role is an ideal opportunity for someone from a call centre, office based customer service or sales background to join a friendly sales team.

Salary GBP17k to start with an increase to GBP18k after probation

Our client is looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator to join their expanding team.

This is a Monday to Friday role, working office hours 8.30am -5.30pm

Responsibilities of the Sales Coordinator;

  • Dealing with customer and client queries
  • Processing of sales orders
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Working closely with all Account Managers
  • Supporting the sales team on a daily basis
  • Processing of documents
  • Updating of computer systems

Requirements of the Sales Coordinator;

  • Good customer service skills and telephone manner are essential previous experience in similiar customer service or administration roles
  • Accuracy and attention to detail essential
  • Knowledge of working in process driven office or call centre environments
  • Excellent at building lasting relationships
  • Professional telephone manner
