Salary GBP17k to start with an increase to GBP18k after probation
Our client is looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator to join their expanding team.
This is a Monday to Friday role, working office hours 8.30am -5.30pm
Responsibilities of the Sales Coordinator;
- Dealing with customer and client queries
- Processing of sales orders
- Provide excellent customer service
- Working closely with all Account Managers
- Supporting the sales team on a daily basis
- Processing of documents
- Updating of computer systems
Requirements of the Sales Coordinator;
- Good customer service skills and telephone manner are essential previous experience in similiar customer service or administration roles
- Accuracy and attention to detail essential
- Knowledge of working in process driven office or call centre environments
- Excellent at building lasting relationships
- Professional telephone manner
