Your new role
You will be responsible for arranging appointments for new and existing customers while providing excellent customer service. Working with colleagues across the business to support the growth and development of the company, while working within NHS rules and regulations regarding care. Overall you will ensure that meeting and exceeding customer needs are your priority.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have previous experience in a contact centre environment and have a brilliant telephone manner. Good computer skills are required, and you will need to have excellent organisation skills as you will be handling all customer enquiries and issues. It is important to be highly motivated and be able to use your own initiative to deal with the fast pace environment and tight deadlines to succeed in this role.
What you'll get in return
You will be paid GBP9.20 an hour including holiday and working 37.5 hours per week. This company offer a friendly environment with a great work ethic, free parking and is in a commutable location in Coventry.
