Job Title: Customer Service Administrator (12 month fixed term contract)

Location: Market Drayton

Reporting to: Customer Service Manager - Post Despatch

Shifts: Mon - Fri days

Culina customer services are the main point of contact for all departments and contacts within the business. Customer Services deal with queries from warehouses, transports, drivers, customer and suppliers on a 24/7 basis, 365 days a year.

The main customer services role entails:

* Call centre contact. Answering telephones

* Queries. Dealing with day to day and general queries

* Problem solving. Speaking to various departments to help solves any operational problems

* Internal reporting. Collating and reporting KPI or internal data for various departments

* External reporting. Collating and reporting KPI data for suppliers

* Integrating daily tasks with other departments in the business

* Team work

* Attention to detail

* Polite telephone manner

* Use of Microsoft packages preferred
