Recruitment Team Leader for Permanent IT Division

Some of what you will be doing:

Managing and mentoring consultants (team size between 4 & 8 consultants)
Key part of the management team
Maintaining high levels of performance
Create an engaging and fun environment through recognition of team performance and reinforcing positive behaviour
Motivating & supporting other team members
Maintaining the quality and effectiveness of their team by measuring staff engagement
Communicating business priorities throughout the business
Growing market through business development
You will have:

Has a proven track record as a high performer
Experience of mentoring junior consultants
The ability to lead by example
Have proven self-development experience
Excellent communication skills
Money hunger and the desire for career progression
Charisma and the ability to build and maintain relationships
Knowledge of IT industry
Have ideally grown own recruitment market
