Job Description

Do you enjoy providing high levels of customer care? Are you an empathetic individual who wants to join a team renowned for providing the best customer care has to offer?

* Manage/engage with a wide range of customers via incoming calls

* Deliver outstanding customer service by successfully responding to questions and queries, showing your passion and dedication along the way

* Answer all incoming calls in a timely manner

* A requirement to process a range of administration tasks and liaise with the wider business.

* Problem solving and achieving the best outcome for the customer ensuring the customer is engaged throughout the customer journey

* Updating customer records in line with GDPR regulations using in- house data bases

* The ability to bring a good sense of fun and humour to the role is essential too

The Successful Applicant

* Some Customer Service and/or administration experience

* Enjoy making customers happy by delivering brilliant experience

* Be well organised and passionate about providing a great service

* Excellent telephone manner

* Highly effective organisational skills

* Good timekeeper

* Enthusiastic

* Able to handle customer questions and complaints in confident and clear manner

* Ability to work to tight deadlines

* Excellent communication skills both written and spoken English

* Experience of all Microsoft packages (Outlook, Word and Excel). Intermediate to advanced
