Experienced Part-Time Bookkeeper required, to work with existing Part-Time Bookkeeper (leading a 2 person team). Part of a growing, profitable wholesale auto parts business. Company has a good infrastructure & excellent systems. Good working conditions, with market pay and bonuses. Hours to suit applicant, but at least 20 per week & ideally Monday to Friday.
To oversee, update & generally manage the Company’s Accounting & book-keeping/ledger systems. To generally assist with the management of the Company’s cashflow, banking & account reconciliation. Input & manage Purchase and Sales Ledgers, also Nominal and Management Reporting, Banking/Bank Rec. (incl.card + online payments), VAT Returns, Intrastat and Credit Control.
Reporting to the MD as the person in charge of our finances, etc. and carrying out all instructions to the best of your abilities. Assist in liaison with the Company’s accountants and preparation of the staff wages, as prepared by a further director.
You will also assist with general management of the business, and general duties in the office, assisting the existing management team and other staff wherever possible.
