Our client, a fast expanding and highly successful firm offering comprehensive Financial Advice across the Midlands is seeking an experienced Adviser Relations Manager who will work closely with and report to the Head of Department.

This role will vary and will be largely dictated by the current needs of the business. This important role will enhance the overall service delivery and commercial objectives of the Adviser Relations Department.

If you have FPC/Diploma Level 4 FS or above qualification and enjoy being a key member of a strong and busy team then this new challenge would be ideal as it carries high levels of responsibility, the use of initiative, management skills and dealing with stakeholders right up to board level.

Key responsibilities ? Growth of overall sales revenue and profitability ? Growth of individual sales performance of existing advisory team through initial and trail revenue ? Achievement of Compliance KPIs and T.C.F. objectives by the Adviser Relations team ? Developing sales strategy and sales process to take advantage of product and market developments and innovations ? Ensure clear communication and understanding of the companies culture, principals and processes within the Adviser Relations team ? Manage change effectively as the business develops ? Drive the appropriate use of the companies Investment Proposition ? Ensure integration with other business areas/processes i.e. Technical Team, Investment Team, Administration, Lead Generation and Business Development ? Ensure customer care through advice checks, pre-approvals, Compliance, T.C.F., customer feedback and reviews ? Validate on-going Consultant knowledge, skills and diligence through a process of regular reviews ? Development and monitoring of Sales M.I. to aid better understanding of performance and to support sales growth ? Motivation, coaching and support for individuals to achieve business objectives ? To assist in recruitment and retention of quality sales staff ? To attend regular business meetings and action all required outputs, to support other Director's/Manager's as required ? To deal with external providers and third parties as required/appropriate ? Demonstrate a high degree of personal, technical and regulatory knowledge and market awareness Strategy ? Responsible for implementation of sales strategy and processes to maximise on-going sales revenue and profitability ? The Diary Managers and Trainee Advisers will report directly to the Adviser Relations Manager
