Salary - £8.50 per hour
Sector - Administration
Contract – part time, 4 days / 20 hours per week - flexible to suitable candidate
An exciting opportunity for an efficient and organised person with strong administration skills to work alongside our Operations Manager as Administration Assistant for a local Facilities Management Company.
Prepare Invoices and PO numbers for accounting
Submitting RAMS to customers via email
Raise purchase orders and receipt of goods to company procedure
Reconciling advise notes
Source product and services for customers at competitive rates and within budget and liaise with the Purchasing Officer.
Organising and updating training records ( IPAF,PLASMA)
Recording environmental works and arranging visits
Maintain asset register for equipment
Supporting the Operations Manager with the special works calendar and communication of all visits.
Dealing with telephone enquiries and communicate information effectively with relevant sales, directors and customers.
Administration support within a busy office.
Support in other areas when required.
