NJR Recruitment are representing a highly regarded Wealth Management organisation who are based in the Bromsgrove area. Our client hold a excellent reputation within the industry who provides corporate and private client wealth management advice to Private Clients, Business Owners, now have an exciting opportunity for a talented and experienced IFA Administrator to join their thriving Business.

This role will suit someone who has been working within financial services and has experience of Pensions & Investments as well as delivery of first class service to Clients and Consultants. You will be working for an award winning professional services firm with an excellent reputation for training staff in a friendly and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

  • To provide efficient administrative support to a number of IFA's
  • Preparation of correspondence including letters and emails
  • To be a point of contact for IFA's, clients, life offices and members of the business
  • Maintenance of all administration systems, ensuring all client data is accurate and up to date
  • Maintenance of diary management system, ensuring daily workflow is completed accurately and in line with SLA's
  • Assist with the management of the IFA's portfolio of existing business
  • Ensure appropriate documentation is scanned and attached to the relevant client records
  • Prepare and format reports in accordance with Company guidelines
  • Prepare new business and review packs for IFA client meetings
  • Obtain research when requested for protection and annuity products
  • Provide mortgage research for IFA's using online systems
  • Obtain illustrations for products from providers either on-line or over the telephone
  • Undertake filing, photocopying and scanning duties when required
  • Process payment requests and surrenders using SLA's and compliance guidelines
  • Deal with fund switch requests and also be responsible for processing fund switches online.

The successful candidate will need to have previous experience working in an IFA practice and is used to dealing with pensions and investments. You will ideally be at least Certificate level and have experience of Intelligent Office. You will have solid communication skills, focused attitude and dedication.
