We are urgently seeking a Returns Clerk/Warehouse Operative to work for a leading multi channel retailer based in Perry Bar.

Job Responsibilities as a Returns Clerk:

The purpose of this role is to efficiently and independently process both customer and supplier returns with both speed and accuracy.

The main tasks are:

  • Process all returns through the Brightpearl system following set procedures
  • Monitor and provide information relating to damaged items for claims
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through handling of product returns and exchanges
  • Coordinate and track supplier returns through to completion
  • Maintain and manage a database of all product returns and exchanges
  • Perform additional warehouse duties
  • Raise courier dispatch labels
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders such as couriers and manufacturers

Skills/ Experience required:

  • Previous Returns experience required
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to show initiative
  • Outgoing personality
  • Physically fit as some heavy lifting may be required

Working Hours:

Monday - Friday 8.30am till 5pm
