Why is this your next step?
This role will be home based, managing the Central region which will consist of around 8 Sales people. The team target new customers across SME & Mid Market (up to GBP10m CTO) and you will be accountable for performance (vs net new revenue targets), people, customers and input into and execution of; strategy for your region.

Aside from your management responsibilities, you will also support the Business Development Director by helping define the strategy for your wider territory i.e. which events to attend, social media strategy building.

How you will contribute?
You will create a clear vision for success that is tightly aligned to the overall sales strategy and be able to drive a culture of excellence across the sales force in order to achieve high performance, delivery against targets & continuous improvement.

You will provide coaching and mentoring, including delivering and embedding the Worldpay Sales Academy and DAPA sales methodology within your regions via regular field accompaniment and 121s.

Why you?
You will be a proven performer with a background in managing teams of direct field sales people. You will be a 'hands-on' sales manager able to demonstrate skills in coaching of team members and excellent leadership qualities. You will be used to achieving targets in a high activity environment, whilst balancing this with a 'value based' approach to selling.
You will also have successful experience utilising a CRM system to manage team sales, pipeline and prospect data.
