You will be working for a well established global leader within their field. This company offers customised products, solutions and services to their customers. This role will be covering a period of absence and will be a temporary role for 8 weeks. Within this role you will be reporting to the Customer service manager.
Your new role
You will be liaising with external customers and internal personnel to ensure that all queries/ orders are administered at a high level. This role will also require you to deal with quotations, credit notes, complaints and customer returns.
You will be working Monday- Thursday 8:30am - 5pm and 8:30am- 1pm on a Friday.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have previously worked within a similar role and will be confident communicating effectively to customers, whilst maintaining a professional approach. You will be able to self manage motivation and have a can do attitude towards the workload and prioritise it effectively.
