Your new role
You will be responsible for the maintenance of multiple customer accounts within a subsidiary of a large corporate organisation, ensuring effective credit control processes for your own ledger of up to GBP20 million. You will ensure any disputes from either the customer or internal departments are investigated and resolved in an appropriate manner.
- Chasing of past due accounts by telephone, letter and email.
- Monitor customer account debts to ensure overdue debts are minimised and cash-flow maximised.
- Follow company's credit policies and procedures
- Investigate and reconcile customer accounts to resolve queries.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful you will have previous experience within credit control, ideally within a large CRM organisation. You will be capable handling complex queries and errors and confidently communicating with clients, customers and internal departments. You will also thrive working in a busy environment and work under your own initiative.
