An exciting opportunity has been created at the newly built £1.3m Cavalier Centre, home of Perry Riding for the Disabled. Based in the heart of Shropshire, close to the historic town of Much Wenlock, The Cavalier Centre is looking to recruit a commercially minded Centre Manager who will take responsibility for running this unique centre and developing and shaping its exciting future.
The Trustees are planning to take the turnover of this centre from £50k to £500k
in 3 – 5 years.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a solid knowledge of business management, enjoy a flexible and versatile environment working with a wide range of ages, backgrounds and abilities and have a genuine interest in people from a variety of backgrounds Preferable experience will include volunteering, equine, management and marketing. Personal attributes will include the desire and energy to move the business forward, excellent leadership skills, confident in public speaking, good organisational skills and an eye for detail.
