Our client based in Stoke on Trent are looking to recruit Customer Service Admin Advisors to join their expanding business.

The role will be starting on 4th November and although previous customer service experience is essential, personality and ability to pick up processes is far ore important to them.

They are looking for 4 Customer Service Advisors to join their current team.

The main duties of the role are as follows:

* Working within the customer service department

* Demonstrating excellent customer service

* Handling the day to day administration

* Dealing with all incoming and outgoing calls

* Processing and resolving customer requests

* Maintaining accurate and secure records

* Handling all related administration

* Handling queries regarding quotations

They are looking to pay GBP16500 - GBP18000 dependent on experience. There will also be the opportunity to earn bonus and they have some fantastic benefits too.

Working Hours:

Working between 8.30 and 7.00 Monday to Friday and every other Saturday 9.00 - 1.00
