Our client based in the south of the City is looking for an office administrator to join their team to cover maternity leave until October 2020.

Hours are Monday - Friday 8:30-5:00

Main duties and responsibilities include

• Dealing with and filtering incoming calls, including forwarding messages, prioritising calls and taking action as appropriate
• Front of house duties, providing welcoming and professional level of customer service to all who visit the office
• Manage and keep adequate stationery supplies
• Undertake typing and the preparation and distribution of documentation as required
• To liaise with the travel company to arrange and oversee travel arrangements
• Organise meetings and conferences, including booking venues, accommodation, equipment, ordering catering as required
• Manage and coordinate electronic diaries of real estate and pool vehicles
• Acting as point of contact for any logistical queries
• Organise logistics for outgoing orders
• Organise logistics for incoming orders where required
• Liaise with customers on shipping requirements and delivery
• Produce export documentation
• Office filing
• Show / event organisation and logistics
• Preparing and managing NDA and subcontractor agreements
