The role

We are looking for a Business Operations Administrator to join our Ops Hub team.

We pride ourselves on providing a great office environment and this role is key to that. As well as looking after the office on a day to day basis which includes setting up our coffee bar, kitchen, meeting room and collaboration spaces you will support the development of longer term improvements.

This role is the first point of contact for our team, suppliers and vendors and will be based on reception so the ability to quickly priorities and communicate effectively is essential. You will be working with the rest of the team to provide support for company and client events and be part of our central pool of administrators who work alongside project teams when there is high demand or deadline. This can range from formatting documents to co-ordinating international conferences to planning our many social events!

About you

You will be an experienced, pro-active administrator with a proven track record in a similar environment. The ability to anticipate and plan for challenges is essential as is the ability to ask the right questions to enable you to get the right information you need.We are passionate about our work, with all members of our team working in a way that reflects our core values in all aspects of their role. Understanding the vital part that this role plays in ensuring we are able to continue delivering high value and quality M&E expertise to our clients is essential

We would like you to be able to start at 8am for the majority of the week but we can be flexible to support different working patterns where needed

About the team

Business Operations is the core team including Information and Systems, Global Safety & Security, Central Services, Compliance and we work closely with HR, Project Management Unit, Finance and Business Development

The salary for this role is up to GBP23K depending on your experience. We also offer 24 days holiday plus additional time off over Christmas, matched company pension up to 5%, and a discretionary bonus.
