The role

We are looking for a Business Operations Coordinator to join our Ops Hub to provide Maternity Leave cover for up to a year.

You will be responsible for ensuring the office is effectively managed on a day to day basis and initiating longer-term improvements as we continue to grow. With a headcount of over 100, you will proactively manage the needs of the business and as part of this, you will be required to manage our supplier contracts ensuring they reflect our values, meet our compliance requirements, and are commercially viable.

You will work closely with the Operations Manager to coordinate and minute company management meetings and supporting the coordination of wider company initiatives from business improvements, knowledge-sharing events and company wide events.

Other responsibilities include managing our central communication channels to ensure we disseminate information across the business and keep everyone up to date and supporting the rest of the Business Operations Team as required.

About you

You will have a proven track record in managing a busy and growing office, ensuring it runs smoothly on a daily basis. You will also have experience in supporting senior management in diary management, taking minutes at meetings and ensuring that actions are followed up. You will be adept at managing a highly variable workload, pragmatically problem solve, can multi-task like no one else and deliver exceptional customer service.

We would like you to be able to start at 8am for the majority of the week but we can be flexible to support different working patterns where needed

About the team

Business Operations is the core team including Information and Systems, Global Safety & Security, Central Services, Compliance and we work closely with HR, Project Management Unit, Finance and Business Development

The salary for this role is up to GBP29K depending on your experience. We also offer 24 days holiday plus additional time off over Christmas, matched company pension up to 5%, and a discretionary bonus.
