A financial services organisation based in Shrewsbury town centre is seeking to recruit a full-time secretary (Office hours - Monday to Friday).
Working closely with the Office Manager, you will help make the best of their time by dealing with secretarial and administrative tasks, handling work efficiently, with a high level of accuracy, whilst maintaining discretion and confidentiality. You will also be required to assist a small team with administrative support as required, along with a full-time administrator.
In addition to relevant experience, you should have exceptional written and oral communication skills to enable professional interaction with a wide range of contacts. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft software, the ability to prioritise, organise and work on your own initiative are also essential to this role.
