We are currently working with a long standing client in Birmingham as they are looking to hire an Insolvency Administrator as a direct result of increased workload.
The firm are a Restructuring boutique and have greatly benefited from the lack of audit conflicts that the Big Four and other accountancy practices have suffered. This has allowed them to win work from the Big Four and this work is some of the most interesting and complex in the UK market.
They work predominantly across the mid-market and members of their senior team have come from the Big Four which, ensures they have excellent network links and continue to win complex projects.
Culture is of great importance and whilst qualifications are helpful, they are interested in candidate's characters. They are keen for staff to network and become involved in business development and, unlike in some other firms, seniority will not dictate the ability to do this.
- Experienced in corporate and personal insolvency - ideally will have worked for a mid/small sized restructuring practice for a few years.
- Strong project management skills to deal with multiple cases and deliver to key statutory deadlines.
- Good communication skills - to update team on progress, dealing with telephone calls and written correspondence.
- Good relationship skills to get on with team and clients.
Please note this is an Insolvency role and you will need a minimum of 12-18 yrs Insolvency/Restructuring experience.
There is a strong remuneration package on offer and, within 6-12 months, study support will be offered for the right candidate.
