Our client, an innovative software systems provider are looking for a dynamic and focused driven Service Delivery Manager to join their Operations Team to assist in delivering software solutions to their growing client base.

Based at their prestigious offices in Worcestershire with a backdrop of rolling countryside, they are a small but friendly team currently experiencing rapid growth.

They are a customer focused business and place their customers at the heart of everything they do, so as Service Delivery Manager you will be expected to live and breathe that same ethos.

Your key roles and responsibilities will include:
  • Attend client site to understand requirements and prepare a concise Business Requirements Document (BRD) based on extensive Business Analysis
  • Liaise with development teams to convert the BRD to a Functional Requirement Document (FRD
  • Work with the Operations Team to execute the requirements in a timely manner managing the project based on the client requirements and timescales
  • Project Manager multiple client projects from initial requirements through to solution implementation
  • Work with the client on the life cycle from initial requirements to successful implementation
  • Training key players within the client on the system features and functionality
  • Provide on-going support and service in order to maximise on future growth and potential up-sell opportunities
  • Identify key areas for improvement within the systems to improve functionality and user experience
  • Assist Sales Team to understand the scope of requirements and product capabilities
  • Monitor, control and execute extensive product testing prior to a product release
  • Drive internal and third-party service review meetings to improve quality
  • Providing QA support to the development teams on new features and bug fixes, identifying issues and reporting in a concise and timely manner

To be considered for the Service Delivery Manager role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies:
  • Project Management experience
  • Business Analysis experience and a natural analytical mind
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team Player
  • Ability to multi task and prioritise customer requirements
  • Working knowledge of ISO27001/BS EN 9001 Standards
  • Implementation of software solutions
  • Working knowledge of GDPR practices
  • Working knowledge of Agile development processes
  • Awareness and interest in new technology / processes
  • Detail orientated and diligent
  • Good problem solving skills
