Digital Learning Apprentice
A career kick-starting opportunity to use your passion and talent to help us improve our digital learning offer to colleagues across our organisation, whilst developing your own skills and experience through our Digital Learning Apprenticeship.
Joining our Talent Development team, we'll develop and challenge you to design creative digital learning content that is accessible to all colleagues across the business. Using a range of digital design software and authoring tools (i.e. Adobe Creative Cloud and Articulate 360), we want you to innovate and engage colleagues using virtual delivery, multimedia design and ways we've not thought of to bring learning to life - show us what you can do!
We'll develop your untapped talent for technology and multimedia as you gain a Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard and 12 to 18 months hands-on industry experience of digital content design - with the opportunity to take up a permanent position with us at the end of your training.
Our ideal apprentice? You'll be a gifted budding creative, with a natural talent and passion for digital media including video production, web design, animation, amongst many other platforms. We'd be really excited to see what digital content you've innovatively created in the past, either at school / college or at home just for fun!
