Salary: GBP23,500 - GBP26,000
Location: Stafford, with travel expected between sites including Shrewsbury

As one of their Complaints Officers, you will manage all customer complaints cases through to resolution, handling a variety of incoming complaints within agreed service standards, working closely with customers, business leads and external contractors to achieve effective resolution, with high quality investigations and responses.
You will have a commitment to supporting service users and staff to achieve fair outcomes and to drive learning from complaints, leading to service improvements.
With experience of working in a customer service environment, you'll have an excellent telephone manner and the ability to communicate clearly and concisely face to face, as well as over the telephone and through written responses, with all customer groups.
The ability to handle pressure, meet deadlines and to handle difficult customers with diplomacy are essential in this role.
