Customer Service Administrator
Up to GBP20,000

A great opportunity to join a leading family-run business with strong core values and a positive, people-focused culture. The Customer Service Administrator will liaise closely with various teams across the business to provide a first class customer experience.

Duties include:

  • Answering phone calls and emails, responding to general and product specific enquiries
  • Work with Accounts to solve invoice queries
  • Update customer and product information records
  • Co-ordinate responses to customer complaints, gathering information for investigation
  • Follow current and upcoming marketing activities, sharing information with wider team
  • Support sales team with administration

Skills and Experience required:

  • Experience in a customer service or administrative role
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to change
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Strong IT system skills
