Overview

An exciting ongoing temporary School Receptionist/Senior Office Administrator position has become available to join a reputable school within the Birmingham area. This is a full-time opportunity paying between GBP10.00 - GBP15.00 an hour depending on experience. Part time candidates will also be considered.

Your new role

The role will be split between Reception and School Office/departmental administrative duties. You will be required to help improve the outcomes for students with the use of data. You will be highly committed to working with and developing the team to be able to achieve this. You will provide support for a range of office functions, including answering the telephone, meeting and greeting visitors, sorting and franking mail and being the first point of contact for the school at busy times.

In order to be considered for the role

You must have excellent organisational skills, be innovative in nature and have experience with using SIMS and use of PS Financial software. Candidates with experience of using CMIS will also be considered. You will also have highly effective interpersonal and communication skills, using your own initiative, prioritising your workload and be able to remain calm under pressure.
