With a fantastic reputation in the local area, this business is seeking a commercially minded Head of HR who can join for a period of 14 months.

Leading an existing HR team you will provide a generalist service to the business whilst it goes through significant change and transformation. Due to the nature of the role you must be strong both in delivering on a range of HR projects as well as high level and complex ER issues.

To be considered for the role you will:

Have worked in industry and be a commercially focused HR practitioner;

Have experience of harmonisation of terms and conditions;

Have worked within a business that has gone through change and transformation including restructure and consultations (both individual and collective) around job grading/evaluation;

Have overseen high volume recruitment campaigns;

Have experience of increasing the capability of more junior members of a HR team;

Be able to start by the end of October.
