Salary: GBP50,000 - GBP55,000 basic plus commission (30% of basic salary), Company Allowance (GBP8K), Company Pension Scheme (5% match) and 25 Days Holiday plus Bank Holidays

Job Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Strategic Account Manager to join a market leading business that specialise within the powered access industry. This opportunity will require you to manage an established portfolio of accounts as well as going out and generating new customers and business across the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-known organisation where in return you will be offered a strong base salary with an attractive bonus and company benefits.

Responsibilities of the Role:

• Manage, retain and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts

• To deliver on direct hire revenue targets

• Meet customer's needs, suggesting appropriate products and services

• Manage and identify new customers within the market, build positive relationships that will generate future sales

Requirements of Role:

• 5 years' experience successfully selling into the construction/hire sector

• Ideal candidate will have sold into or worked directly for one of the following sectors - Industrial, Petrol, Oil/Gas, Chemicals, Renewable Energy, Nuclear (Applicants without this experience shall not be considered)

• Have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets

• Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills

• Hold a clean UK driving licence
