Business Development Manager - Corporate Fleet
GBP45,000 - GBP55,000 Basic Salary
Uncapped Commission, Additional Bonus Incentives, Company Car, Pension, Healthcare
As Business Development Manager, you'll be utilising your existing experience in the fleet industry to establish new business opportunities across the SME & corporate fleet market.

You'll be expected to autonomously manage your own diary & self-generate your pipeline of prospects throughout the UK.

Enthusiasm and the desire to succeed, coupled with a structured sales approach are a necessity to succeed in this role. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Setting and delivering on your own new business strategy
Achieve profit and volume targets against budget
Ensure upselling and cross selling opportunities are developed and won.
Be self-motivated and used to working autonomously

This is your chance to utilise your existing experience within the corporate fleet market, it will be beneficial if you have operated within the contract hire or asset funding, however if your background with the rental, fleet management or wider fleet services industry we want to hear from you.

You'll be ambitious and accomplished sales professional that is able to demonstrate an ability to work autonomously and close business. This is a chance to utilise your excellent negotiating skills to overachieve against sales targets whilst playing a major role in enabling the next phase of growth for this ambitious business
