This is an industry leading IFA company with a national presence which provides a comprehensive Financial Planning & Wealth Management service to Private and Corporate clients.

Supporting IFA's across the country from their Head Office based in Bromsgrove this IFA company has been supporting clients for over 30 years and have been recognised for numerous industry awards.


Due to the growth of the IFA Administration team this IFA company is looking to welcome an experienced IFA Administration Manager to the team.

As part of this position you will have the responsibility of managing an individual team of IFA Administrators to achieve business objectives as well as supporting their personal development.

This position will suit an experienced IFA Administrator looking for an opportunity to step into management position and take on the responsibility of training, coaching and supporting their own administration team.

Requested experience:

  • Previous supervisory position experience within a Financial Services environment
  • Ability to manage a team and communicate with various levels of management
  • Knowledge of Financial Services market and products
  • Experience of training, coaching and supporting employee's personal development
  • Progression towards industry qualifications (advantageous)
