My client within the Ludlow area has an exciting opportunity to join a growing, vibrant and innovative business as a General Administrator on a temp-perm basis. You must be well presented and organised with excellent communication skills, written and verbal.

This post is a full-time position Mon-Thurs 9am-5pm and then on a Friday finishing at 2.30pm with a competitive hourly rate.

Duties.

* Ensure that all administrative functions of the department are carried out in timely efficient manner.

* Develop and maintain filing and record keeping systems for the department.

* Providing admin support to team members.

* In-put data.

* Input invoices.

* Answering incoming calls.

* Responding to emails.

Essential Skills.

* Previous experience in a similar role.

* Previous experience in a busy office environment.

* Excellent communication and organisational skills.

* Proficient in MS Office.
