Reporting into the Group Sales and Lettings Director, this is an excellent career opportunity for an experienced, ARLA qualified Lettings Manager to join our client based in Birmingham City Centre.
Working closely with the Office Manager and Sales Manager, you will be key to the success of the company's flagship Birmingham branch.
With a strong track record within the lettings industry, and proven people management experience, you will be an inspirational motivator of the team of lettings consultants. You will work alongside the management team to maintain the company's strong staff retention rates and place as the number one property agent in the city.
You will monitor the performance of the lettings team to ensure that the number of deals the branch delivers on an monthly and annual basis continue to grow, and that the lettings operation in Birmingham is managed effectively to increase our profitability. This will be achieved by mentoring and monitoring the individuals within the team and ensuring they are delivering a market-leading service.
The salary for this position is GBP25-28K with on target earnings of GBP35-38K. You will have use of the company pool car for work related visits, and company mobile phone and laptop. You would be no rota weekend work, other than urgent staff resource or holiday cover if required.
The ideal candidate will have the passion and experience in Residential Lettings whilst possessing the proven ability and good people management skills to lead and manage a team.

ARLA membership advantageous but not essential
Hours - 9.00am - 6.00pm Monday to Friday (with occasional Saturdays when required)
Location - Birmingham City Centre
Salary: GBP25-28K (OTE GBP35-38K). Use of pool car + company phone/ laptop. 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays.
