Our client based in Lichfield is currently recruiting for a full time Sales Administrator on a temporary basis for 6 weeks.

Duties will include:

  • Order processing of sales orders
  • Picking orders from the warehouse environment
  • Processing data accurately using the internal systems
  • Handling contracts
  • Ensuring orders are allocated to the Sales Team
  • Managing and coordinating the end to end process of accounts
  • Adhoc duties from the Sales Administration Manager
  • Assisting with the invoicing
  • Supporting the company with the audit processes

Skills / Experience Required:

  • Previous sales order processing experience, 12 - 18 months in a similar role
  • IT literate including MS Packages
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbally

MUST BE AVALIABLE FOR AN IMMEDIATE START

Working hours - Monday - Friday 37.5 hours per week

Salary- Up to GBP20,000 DOE
